FAASHION FORWARD

here are a few:

-aviator jackets are totally in: these jackets are just stunning, and it keeps you warm too.

-when it comes to accessories, it’s quality, not quatity: keep it really simple for winter. lots of accessories is more of a summer thing. keep it simple with earrings and rings. you’re ‘necklace’ is your scarf, or even better, your snood.

-boots, boots boots: military, shearling, lace-up. let’s try and let go of uggs, pleaaseeee(:

when you are top heavy, dresses are your best friend. all types of dresses, especially v-neck ones, will flatter you a lot. when it comes to jeans, bootcut or flared will do you justice and they’ll add more shape to your lower half. avoig high waisted jeans; it’ll exaggerate your full chest. Avoid tops with ruffles and bows which will draw attention to your chest and make it look larger.
v neck tops are good when you’re top heavy as it takes attention away from your chest and onto your neckline.

Ask me anything

they look perfect teamed with a pair of leggings and some military boots.

if you’re short, remember not to go for ones below the waist, as it makes you look shorter than you are.

try ASOS or Topshop for quality ones, which are around 40 pounds. If you’re on a budget though, then try Matalan or George at ASDA for some really nice looking ones at 14 to 20 pounds.

okay:] first things first; DON’T buy a dress that is too long. being short and having a long dress will only make you look shorter. to look a little taller, try going for something tighter.this is because, though it may be a little uncomfitable, it will emphasize your lines, making you look taller.

when it comes to the type of dress you should buy, it depends on your taste of course. but taking the fact that you don’t want your chest on show in consideration, this is something along the lines of what you should wear based on tightness and coverage of the chest:

Idol Crossover Dress

You Floral Dress

You 2 in 1 Frill Dress

Ditsy Floral Esme Dress

Printed Belted Tunic

it also depends on your budget and the type of sweet 16 you’re having, but i hope you get the idea of what type of thing you should be wearing.

tbh, you could wear anything as you’re in between, but i’ll give you some tips. try to experiment with colour, and ditch the colour black. i would suggest that you wear denim blue jeans or jeggings, rather than sticking to indigo coloured jeans.cuffed skinny jeans are becomming extremely popular too.  having long legs mean wearing jeggings with hi-top converses look extra great.

thanks so much :]

haha, trust me, we all try to make things work, sometimes they just don’t ;]

there is this ONE thing that you could do. last year i found it too cold to wear my jeggings too. i decided i would try this one thing; wearing black leggings underneath. the colour black is known to absorb heat, so wearing a pair before putting your jeggings on will definetely make you feel warmer. i tried it, and it kept me warm throughout the whole day.

buying a pair of jeggings like the blue ones will not only make you look fashionable, but will keep you warm. that is IF you’ve ot your black leggings underneath ;]

thank you!

if by smart you mean the office look, then personally something like this would be perfect:

if you’v got curves, this is specially for you, as it shows off your waist beautifully. for trousers like these i would go to next, but if you want a cheaper alternative then definetely check out matalan, they have trousers like these that normally cost less than 14 pounds. the top that this model is wearing, though beautiful, can come a little expensive. so i would suggest buying a white shirt that can be rolled up a bit.

i’d say ditch black jeans, and go for lighter colours, i could see denim blue skinnies looking perfect on those legs. i’ve seen a lot of sleeveless tops with awesome graphic designs on them. they normally look kind of punk and i think they would look really cool on you. check shirts [red ones] would totally suit your skin tone, and rolling them up would look really cool on you.

i’d say overall, always go for clothes that cover you up a little, but still show off your curves, like for example a well fitted sweatshirt.

when going for dresses, like i’ve said to others before, go for something that draws attention to your chest and evens out your body shape; your curves look in proportion with your chest. go for patterned dresses too.”

this is what i wrote for handprints, who i think is similar to you.
